1. Please install the stair gates according to the instruction. This safety gate is fitted for installation on the flat, hard wall or solid wood only.
2. Please ensure that the gate is securely locked when in use, in order to prevent pets or babies from crawling through underneath. Once locked, the gate will stay firm.
3. Please don’t install the safety gates at the upper of the stairs.
4. This wide baby/pet gate is suitable for children from the age of 6 to 24 months and pets from 10 lbs to 40 lbs (4.5 kg to 18 kg).
5. When the gate is retracting, always hold the handle and guide the gate evenly back into its original position. Never let go of the handle when the gate is retracting.
